it After Thirty is a company that serves to motivate and inspire women to achieve ultimate health by becoming mentally, physically, spiritually and sexually healthy! We aspire to redefine ‘fat’ to mean Fit After Thirty!

As a graduate of Arizona State University with a degree in broadcasting, Suzy Lynn has studied extensively the power of media and the impact it has on society and, in particular, women. Suzy has a passion for studying medical and health issues and educating people about them. She is a freelance writer, blogger and humorist who covers a variety of topics including: health and fitness, dating, sex, love, and relationships. She stays Fit After Thirty with the following activities: running, lifting weights, kickboxing, and regularly participating in co-ed team sports such as softball and soccer. She believes playing sports with and against men pushes her to work harder and increases her fitness level. She is known for wearing pink cleats and a pink headband on the field, and lives by the motto: “I play like a boy; but I dress like a girl.”
Suzy’s Perspective:
Here’s my vision: One day, not far in the future, when a guy asks his buddy, “is she a Fatty?” what he’ll really be asking is whether the woman is a Fit After Thirty Hotty.
I believe:
*… A woman’s ability to be mentally, physically, spiritually, and sexually healthy, gives her the energy and confidence she needs to achieve success in all areas of her life, and the first step is to think of herself that way.
*…Fitness can and should be viewed as fun!
*…Sex can and should be viewed as fun!
*… Every woman who is self conscious about her weight or age should redefine fat to mean *f.a.t. (Fit After Thirty) by starting to view a fit mind, body, and spirit as an essential ingredient to a happy, well balanced life.
I want:
* … to encourage women to stop obsessing about their age, and instead, focus on being the sexiest, happiest, and healthiest version of themselves they can be.
* ….to help women embrace their sexuality.
* … to inspire women to develop the knowledge and passion they need, in order to be excited about taking care of themselves inside and out!
I have:
*…faith that all of these things can be achieved.
How is it going to happen? One woman at a time! Are you ready?
