I have written before about the best berries for your health. I have a few more fruit additions to add to your list of anti-aging foods! You may not have heard of some of these, but they are worth incorporating into your diet.
1. Noni Fruit – This might not technically be considered a berry, although it is sometimes known as Indian Mulberry. Noni has been reported to have a range of health benefits for colds, cancer, diabetes, asthma, hypertension, pain, skin infection, high blood pressure, mental depression, atherosclerosis and arthritis. Noni conatins scopoletin which inhibits the growth of Escherichia coli, which is responsible for intestinal infections, and Heliobacter pylori, which causes ulcers.
2. Seabuckthorn Berries - This berry is said to have anti-oxidant properties. It contains dense contents of carotenoids, vitamin C, vitamin E, amino acids, and dietary minerals. Check out this site for Seabuckthorn products:

3. Pomegranate – It can reduce systolic blood pressure, reduce heart disease, has tons of antioxidants, and has been shown to have anti-cancer properties.
4. Mangosteen- Said to be an anti-aging fruit. Xanthones in the fruit show promise in combating bacteria, fungi, inflammation, free radicals and cancer. Check out this interesting article from The New York Times regarding the big business of growing and selling mangosteen products.

Acai Berry is high in antioxidants - I have tried “Monavie” which is highly concentrated used to balance out your internal system and reverse aging effects just like these others. Very similar concept.
After a recent back injury and stress issues, I recently tried a Nutrient rich juice to help defend the body against free radicals/detoxify. It is a mix of Aloe and Sea Vegetables/Nutrients with many different benefits to help your body function better. Besides the 2 1 hr massages, I also flushed my body with this drink and felt better. It has a subtle black cherry taste. http://www.free-liquid-vitamins.net/
This is the only place I could find it on the web. Check it out if you are interested.
