For all you Fit After Thirty women preparing to have a baby, listen up! You know we are big believers in working out throughout pregnancy whenever possible, so I’ve found a great site for all of you, which focuses specifically on staying fit while preggers!!!  And remember, not only does working out during pregnancy make it easier to stay in shape post-pregnancy, but it makes for an easier delivery and healthier baby! I so wish I found your blog when I was pregnant. I didn’t do too much work out, but I walked at least 30 minutes every day, up hills, down hills, where ever. It wasn’t until my last month where I was driven almost every where, but even then I would go to the mall and walk. Exercise is awesome when you are pregnant. I so believe in it.
